This chicken has the authentic Indian chicken tikka spices with a new twist of orange and rosemary in it. Orange and rosemary are rich in antioxidants and  you will also relish the good flavour . Try this out. I am sure that you will like it.

Chicken-250 gms
Hung curd(Thick curd)- 1/4 cup
Ginger and garlic paste- 1Tbsp
Orange rind or zest- 1 Tbsp
Rosemary-1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1 Tbsp
Garam masala or curry powder- 1 Tbsp
Chilli Powder- As required
Oil- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp
Salt to taste


1. Mix all the ingredients with the chicken and allow it to get marinated  for 30 minutes.
2. After 30 minutes add the oil to the marinade and mix it well.
3. Heat the non-stick pan and place the chicken pieces with the marinade and close the pan.
4. Cook the chicken in slow fire for 15-20 minutes.
5. Healthy, yummy chicken is ready to serve.
