Cauliflower florets- 2 cups
All purpose home baking flour- 1 tbspn
Corn flour- 1 tbspn
Ginger-garlic paste- 1 tspn
Dark soy sauce- 1 tspn
Finely chopped cilantro leaves/ scallions- 1 tspn
Olive oil- 1 tspn/ tbspn
Salt to taste
1. Cook the cauliflower florets in the boiling water for 5 minutes with salt and a teaspoon of vinegar to remove the dirt and insects hiding in the florets.
2. Drain the water and place the florets in a bowl.
3.Add all the other ingredients to the cauliflower and mix gently.

4. Place the florets in the oven.

6. Let the florets get fried for 20 minutes until done.
